Job profile – Personal Assistant

You may be asked to make travel arrangements and handle confidential materials, so a discretion is also a key asset. Some Personal Assistants may help manage the budget and accounting, and be asked to manage general office functions, similar to an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.

Requirements for being a successful Personal Assistant

Desired skills for a Personal Assistant include superb time and organisational management, and a high attention to detail as you will be tasked with keeping track of many simultaneous queries and tasks. To succeed as a Personal Assistant you should also have excellent communication skills.
